Totem ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal knowledge base tool. We take your privacy seriously and keep things simple.
When you sign in via OAuth, we receive basic profile information from your provider — typically your name and email address. We use this solely to create and identify your account.
Any content you add to your knowledge base (notes, links, files, etc.) is stored securely and associated with your account.
We do not sell, share, or rent your data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely. We use reasonable technical measures to protect it from unauthorized access or disclosure.
We use OAuth providers (e.g., Google) for authentication. Please review their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle your data.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
